- LinkedIn audit requests — your name, email address, and your LinkedIn profile URL.
- Calendar bookings via Calendly — name, email address, and any pre-call questions you answer. This data is handled by Calendly (see Section 5).
We do not collect any information passively (no cookies, no analytics trackers) unless you are using a third-party service embedded on our site (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Deliver your LinkedIn Presence Audit report to your inbox
- Respond to your enquiry or strategy call request
- Send occasional LinkedIn growth tips if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve the quality and relevance of our service
We will never use your information for any purpose beyond what you submitted it for without your explicit consent.
4. How We Store Your Data
Form submissions on this website are processed and stored by Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, Inc. Data is stored on Netlify's servers in accordance with their privacy policy, available at netlify.com/privacy.
We access form submissions through the Netlify dashboard. We do not operate our own database or server infrastructure to store your personal data.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking tools on this website.
6. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is not shared with anyone outside of PRESENZ except as required to deliver the service you requested (for example, Calendly receiving your booking details).

We retain form submission data for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service and respond to any follow-up. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 7 business days.

Our services are intended for professionals and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
